Wanted to get a few opinions on this before I went out and bought it. The guy told me that the ole boy he bought it from claimed to have it rebuilt around 70k but didn't provide any proof that it was actually done so I'm a little iffy. Even so, it still seems like a pretty damn good deal. He has at least a couple grand worth of aftermarket on it as well.

That's overpriced as fuck.

Not really sure what they go for around you, but it's a pretty low price for around here. Guys are pulling 10k out of late 90s and early 00s easy enough.

edit -- To clarify, One of my employee's just bought an 09 with 21k miles for 9800 bucks. Bike has big wheel kit, and screaming eagle heads, cam, pipes, and big bore kit.

this is 3-4k bike all day long no matter where you are. The only way this bike is bringing 7500 is if the motor, and trans have been gone through. Yes I read the ad and seen that the bike was "possibly" rebuilt at 75k. No proof = not done in my eyes when i'm buying something.

If you want to trust a good old boy from craig's list that's on your dollar. Just my .02 that you asked for.

Holy hell, where do you live? Hell you can't touch an 07 around here for that. Cheapest 09 I've seen around here was like 13k. Seems like the average 01 here with 50k is going for around 7k

If those are honestly the prices in your area, look outside of your area. It wouldn't cost that much to have a bike shipped if you don't own a truck...
