I got an offer for 3M window tint (All windows, except front windshield), i hear is the best for 199$ in Hollywood,CA. Also comes with a lifetime warranty.
Being new to the window tint world, it seems like this is a good price on a quick search for 3M pricing.
What to look for:
-Does not turn purple
-No bubbles
-interior heat reduction
Anything else I need to know, other grades to take into account?
haha it depends on a lot of things. 3M by itself just have 4 grades alone. Every brand, like suntek, solargard, prestige, hooper optics, llumar, have multiple grade level
3M have crystalline, ceramic, color stable, FX, they are different materials that provides different performance. Most big brand films will now offer lifetime warranty.
Window tint pricing is also very very very location dependent. Every city and state is super different. Just cause of the location market, how often those cities get sun, so demand may be affected.
Arizona, Nevada, California get crazy amounts of sun so demand is much higher than seattle, which is the cloudiest city in the state.
