I'm looking to buy a G35 and I was curious if there is a lot of recalls, problems, good, bad things about them? Reliable, fast, nice? If anyone has one can you tell me how good it is and what to watch for in them when buying? Thanks. I will be getting a manual.

Not fast. Not particularly reliable. Not terrible. It's very "middle of the road" mechanically speaking.

As fmx said, they aren't fast. They're pretty reliable, as long as they've been maintained, and if your buying one try aiming for certified used so you can get the 2 year warranty.

But they're pretty solid cars when they're well maintained.

vq35's are solid as fuck when maintained and serviced at the right intervals. Don't know anything about the rest of the car as I've only driven pathfinders with the same motor, and the motors have all outlived the rest of the car

2005+ burn oil. They're all rust prone.

I will be getting a 2 door for less whores, oh wait.

My 06' is at 71k miles and pretty reliable so far
Its auto , but pretty fast and a fun car to drive
