I've been looking at Honda CBR 125 and Yamaha YZF 125

But i wanna check out some more cross type cycles aswell.

Any tips?

both suck, the YZ would be better

but a 125 4 stroke is weak as hell

I like Honda's and if going 125 definitely go 2 stroke.

you cant go wrong with any of the late 90's to 2000's japanese 125 2strokes.

Second hand?

Mid 2000's jap 125 are cheap, reliable and easy to work with, brand is kinda a preference as all have there own unique attributes.

Suzukis RM and Kawasakis KX are very similar though.

Personally I prefer YZ's.

I'm pretty sure the op is talking about street bikes, not dirt bikes.
