Yup, last 180 thread died after I neglected to post here for a good while. Too busy grinding +120 hour pay periods at work and trying to get a close friend of mine's tire shop going.
Lots of progress on both cars.

We'll start with the FC because there's less to cover. My clutch slave decided to take a vacation so I replaced that, OEM replacement, not really worth documenting.
Did some minor interior mods. Not entirely sure if I posted the Nardi install before, too lazy to check.
Also installed a 20cm weighted leather knob from UP Garage in Japan, for a whopping cost of $15.

Also put the car on coilovers, swapped to 5 bolt and installed the bigger factory brakes from the turbo/convertible models onto the car. SS Brake lines, Stoptech slotted rotors with HP Plus all around.
Bites hard, noisy as fuck. lol Threw on my Varrstoen track spares and called it a day.

Also got new three piece wheels for it, kudos to whoever can guess what they are without any pictures or hints!

As for the 180sx, it's approaching the end of the build and as such, the progress has moved into small little almost unnoticeable things that aren't really update worthy in my opinion.

To summarize all that's been done while I've been away:

- Engine and Transmission position has been finalized.
- ECU has been wired* and proper sensor signals and trigger operation has been verified. *I actually had a S2 AEM ECU for another engine that I tried to repin to work with the SR but no go. Bought a ViPec instead. Had to repin again.
- Engine oil system has been primed, oil cooler thermostat operation has been verified.
- Finished off the suspension/alignment stuff. HSD monotone coilovers are now on the car. Every possible SPL Titanium multilink part has been installed. (RUCA, tension rods, etc.)
- Cusco bolt in cage has now been finalized, also installed reinforcement plates.
- Engine has been filled with coolant and bled properly, rad hoses have been removed again to be replaced with brand new ones.
- ENGINE HAS BEEN STARTED AND IDLED

I'm sure I've missed a lot of stuff that's been done but I'm gonna end it here, I have work in the morning.
Have some pictures. Excuse the possible size difference, some of the pictures are from my IG and others are hosted privately.

Not really sure if this is gonna work, but here's a video of the engine's first start up.
Had some fuel leak issues when we were priming the system but we sorted it all out and she started and idled like a champ.

I've obviously seen your facebook posts so there's no really point in me guessing the rims lol. Looks good though.

Now the challenge is to hide it as much as possible!

Yea RBs make power very easily. Another Silvia in my unit is pushing 450 to the wheels with an RB20 and that thing is ridiculous.

Hehe, nice to put a face to a name! Just trying to move stuff around, really want forged one piece rims on the 180 for the track. Might move the SSRs onto the 180 as well for the street.
