Changed plugs and plug wires ~3 months ago

Yesterday car started missing bad

Sure enough

Replaced and got it home... but I suspect it could be from something else? perhaps exhaust leak blowing on it? or is there something else going on here... it's kinda odd the other wire right fuckin next to it didn't do the same thing if its an exhaust leak?

If the plugs are white looking it can mean there is a vacuum leak making the engine run lean or the plugs are running too hot ,you can switch to a colder plug which can help.

i would start with the basics. tell us car year/make/model/engine and exactly which plugs and wires you got. it might narrow it down right off the bat

it was the wire to #5 that bubbled up (looks like shaving cream) but theres another wire that is right next to it that is undamaged

thats a spark plug wire that (I'm assuming) got way to fucking hot

plug looked fine, plug wire is what got hot, when I took it off all the white just crumled off - this was what was left :P

i'm going to guess you got one with a defect or got damaged, usually if one goes that bad, another will follow suit and so on and so forth.

plug wire, it happened right at the end of the wire by the looks of it, probably just a 1 in a million shitty connection from the factory that shorted and melted the composite around the wire that made it that weird white foamy shit, since it looks like it disentigraged when you moved the wire around
