If it's cold outside, I heard don't warm up by idoling it, but drive it slow and easy first 5 minutes to your destination as it is more efficient.

only reason why I idle it for 5mins + is so once i get in my car its warm

start car on cold start, drive below 3k until car starts to fully warm up. Been doing it since i started driving, never had an issue.

Perfect. My routine is starting the Jeep, going back inside and filling up my coffee cup then leaving. Longest it warms up is 2-4 minutes in the winter. Normally the Jeep warms up for 30 seconds to one minute while I'm fastening my seat belt, setting radio, plugging in phone....
