Trophy trucks are not rally cars on a flat road, nor are they on asphalt, or inside a fence. These things move around all over the place. Standing that close is beyond stupid. Robby and Apdaly were battling for the lead. Apdaly ended up winning btw.

they are fucking idiots, they stand on the track and sooooo close to it.

they also set up booby traps the night before so trucks will break/flip/jump too far, ect

My uncle and I have talked about running the 500 on an XR650R as a bucket list type thing for years now. It's easily one of the riskiest races you could take part in due to exactly what you are talking about. I saw a video a while back of a square edged pit some of these assholes dug on the back side of a jump that had a blind landing. It swallowed 2 buggies and nearly killed all 4 guys.
