Does anybody have any take or opinions/experience on these. I'm looking at one that I might buy Friday. It's got 54k on it.

wife's got a 13 2.5L that she beats the absolute shit out of as a DD. Seems to be holding up so far. 87k miles in 2 years and I've never touched anything on it other than the oil and about 16 sets of brakes. Pretty sure the brakes are on her though...

Thing peels out everytime I hit the gas

$25 for a full tank though yolo

Truth. Pretty sure it runs on hopes and dreams lol... damn thing gets like 38-42mpg

Never was a fan of the 5cyl, but miss the old vr6's in general :(

I'd say tdi, but for the right price go for it

I hear they're practically bulletproof and sound great with an exhaust. I would probably rather a TDI or the new 1.8T though
