SO...
Im driving home from a friends house at night. maybe 1am.
Its a straight up green light. im a block away from my house.
theres a hill on my right, im in the left lane of two lanes to go down a long dark street.

this guy i guess, decides he can beat my car going down the hill fast as hell to cross the street i need to cross at an intersection. so he goes fast as shit coming down while its red no walk zone for him and it was a straight green light for me.
lets just say... he didnt beat my car crossing the street. so he hits me, bounces himself off my hood, his bike goes flying, my new emblem flies off. my hood dents in.
and im here just answering questions, hella spooked and shooked. but all the officers told me that it was completely his fault and he is at fault here basically. cool seargent came over to the house, took a breathalizer test, told me its a crappy first accident, but hey. it wasnt your fault. and some other stuff.

Its not that bad, but he did go flying and was bleeding pretty badly
His bike was definately done for, it was ripped up and his rear wheel on his bicycle ripped off his bike.

I just have dents on my hood, paint scratches on my bumper. And my new type R emblem fell off lol.
