So I have a 1988 Suburban 4x4.

My flex plate was cracked and I paid a friend of a friend to replace it.

Out of everyone I know, he's the most reputable person that I know of when it comes to working on 4x4's.

However...

When I started my truck after he told me to come pick it up, it was making an odd noise.

I drove off, and 30 yards later I lost power to my wheels & had to coast into a parking lot.

wtf
