Hope you plan to build the internals. My blue (now green) 392 shit it's guts out on 5lbs running a maggy. The 392's are NOT a motor that like boost at all.
Also, may I note. That most roots style blowers are horrid to install. Just pay someone to do it and go buy a beer. Trust me. Now that I've gone to a procharger with a side mount I can say that that was just about as painful to install but if I had to pick my poison i'd go with the procharger again.
I'm not all that impressed with my 392 right now. I was hoping for much better on 12lbs than what I got. I'm in line to send it to arrington to let them do the blown 448 and Quaife sequential 6 speed. It's supposed to go on June 4th. They are saying that it should be in the 1300 range on fuel only but if that motor takes boost like my 392 I'll be happy if I hit the 1k mark without the bottle.
