sup guys I'm gonna be shopping for a new- used Tacoma soon and was jw wat things to look for were besides the obvious background check and peripheral stuff

specifically lookin to buy like mid 2000's to like 11', 12' maybe 13' depending on price

any info or input is appreciated, please and thanks in advanced

It's a Toyota make sure it has a motor and 4 tires.

o ok make sure it's colored too?
but ok just making sure to look for anything so that it won't crap out on me in a year or two

look at suspension components/bushings/ball joints ect make sure they are free of excessive play

check the fluids

i mean, just the normal shit, its a newer truck so if its clapped out it will be apparent.

Check for rusted frames. Toyota still has yet to make a quality frame.

Not a fan of toyota's I would never buy one honestly I'm to much into chevy and GMC.
But some of the new Toyota trucks are pretty fkn nice not going to lie..

But yeah honestly if you don't know what your looking for ask the seller if he minds you taking the truck to your garage and get it checked if he's getting skeptical than there's probaby a problem, if not than go ahead.
Carproof or carfacts online can be very useful.
It's 10$ online and gives you in details the history of the vehicle and if it's ever been accidented etc.
