should i go with 6000k? or 8000k? i want it to look premium and not cheap, i feel like getting 8000k would make the lighting appear more blue than white blue. what you guys think?

this is what i want it to look like

this is what im looking to AVOID

also, as most of you would know the car has day time running lights. so i would need two seperate bulbs? one for the actual head lights and another for the day time running lights? i would want that to look something like this

does anyone have bulbs and kits they would recommend? how does putting HIDS impact my battery? all help appreciated thank you.

Do you have projectors? Or will you be a blithering idiot and blind everyone on the road by putting HIDs in halogen reflector housings?

6000 kelvin bulbs are about max on the WHITE spectrum, before becoming blue.

If you don't have projector housings, get the 8k bulbs...So you won't blind and endanger others. Your headlights will suck though.

If you DO have proper HID projector housings. Get the best 6000k bulb you can find. After 6k they start to get blue. And are WORTHLESS

Edit: projector headlight housings direct the light in a safe and usable way.

If you don't have projector headlight housings, the light will not be directed in any one way, but merely wherever the reflective housing of the OEM lights allows.

Typically this blinds the shit out of other drivers, and doesn't put the visible light in the optimal place.

Spend the couple extra bucks on some projectors.
I was amazed at the difference with projectors and just halogen lights. Haven't even got around to Hids and it's been over a year. Haven't needed to

They should already have good projectiles/reflectors, it would look best with 6000k specialy considering the car is white.
