Getting my car back tomorrow.
Also finally ordered tools to work on my car.

Thinking about ordering a velocity stack, placing it where my driver side fog light goes, and run tubing to the intake box for cold air.
Should net better temps for better throttle response and a slight increase in hp.

like this

Do you guys think that would work effectively?
+ The stock air box has drain holes if water managed to climb up like 2-3 feet of tubbing

Velocity stack is like $20, tubing and clamps will probably be like $20
Only gonna cost me like $40 and some time.

Hoping to spend some time at the track after classes and once my clutch is broken in again.

just be aware that he closer your intake is to the ground the faster you'll clog up your air filter.

That is a terrible idea. It will greatly increase your risk of hydrolocking the engine, and will likely net you no appreciable power gain.

Only a good idea to use one while at the track. Other than that like FMX said you're just asking to suck up water and you'll get such a small gain, especially without a re-tune.

Stop being like every other Honda kid dammit.
