Thats not bad. Even $7500 isn't that bad. $28000 is alittle high for the new car, but I guess thats relative to the trade in.

I think its worth it, the car has every option except navigation, which I dont think 135s even come with, comes with the original 5 year 50k warranty and another 4 year 25k on top and1 year free maintenance.

I love it, drives way better than the 3 series, probably wont mod it until warranty is up
