It started on ABC this year and it just came back on air on Fox Sports 1 in the US. With the merger it is quite interesting. There are 4 classes cars now. Corvette has been fast in Prototype, GTLM (Le Mans cars), and Viper has been fast in GTD (Daytona). Aston and Ferrari traded the lead with the C7R back and forth over night until the Ferrari blew the engine. The Viper leading GTD died just a while ago. The Nissan Delta Wing was actually fast in the beginning but they lost their transmission about 2 and a half hours in.

The C7R's are 1-2 right now and they are really strong under braking and in the infield section. With all the mechanical failures around them they are poised to win on reliability if not outright speed. I was really looking forward to seeing the factory corvette drivers battle it out with the Ferrari at the end. That thing was really, really fast.

hit something i think they are trying to bare bond the front clip

bmw was ahead of the other c7r and tried passing a PC car in the bus stop and went off course. had to cut through the grass and almost destroyed his front end lmfao. go go ryan briscoe

The 4 car tried to split a PC car and a GTD car and made a little contact. It cracked the front bumper and inner fender. They took the time to fix it right so we will see what happens. He is only down 1 lap. The Porsche team owns Daytona a pallet of sod. He just got a lap back though which means it's still fast.
