I currently have an Oem style fender flare on my 01 Silverado
I also want to add mud flaps because Im going to repaint all my rocker panels and want to protect them more.

Will these flaps fit with the flares on? I'd imagine so as both are oem?...

I imagine they would. It won't be molded flush but you should be able to make it look right with some trimming. See if the seller will measure the width for you.
