Bought my 03 dodge neon srt4 from a dealership in Ohio.

Of course they failed to mention all of the little things wrong with it.

One of those things is that when my headlights are on, and I turn on the left and only the left turn signal the headlights go out.

Yes there are after market headlights (halos)

Anything anyone can tell me? I just googled it and from what I've found it's either a short somewhere or the dimmer switch

Any other ideas/comments on the matter?

Try switching the head lamps see if it's still doing the same if not go back to oem.

Just wait until your alternator shits the bed... That'll be a good time lol.
