Looking to trade in my 2011 mustang V6 for a truck. I kind of like the Chevy Silverado ext cab. Will be using it for hunting and a winter vehicle.

Silverado ftw.

Sierra's just come with more of a luxury trim and a different center console, but otherwise they're identical in frame, motor, and drivetrain.

Extended cab LS models come cheap, in both 4.8L V8's and the better 5.3L V8.

For your use, the 4.8L isn't a terrible option, but it will definitely lack in terms of reserve power if you start to use the truck for hauling large loads.

The 5.3L come with plenty of reserve power, and can really pep up for less than a grand with an intake, programmer and cat back exhaust system

Work truck

Not overpriced

less electronic shit to break after 7-8 years

This is obviously not the same person that buys a 4wd ltz z71. Also the new ones are w/t, lt, ltz. The last body was w/t, ls, lt, ltz. The body before that was ls, lt.
