Didnt break any! They made some crazy screeching sounds coming out though.

Anyone familiar with the 3V 4.6L will understand my struggle.

Now I'm debating buying some cams and lowering springs or waiting and trading my car in.

Mine were super easy to access, they are just horribly prone to seizing up and breaking off in the heads. I had to let them all soak overnight with some penetrating oil. The OEM plugs are a two piece design and the lower half is a tight clearance area where carbon can build up.

Maybe its just the fact that it was a beautiful day out for driving, but it seemed to run better with the new plugs.

Yeah the back half of the engine is under the cowl. I have scars on my hands from 4th gen header installs and plug changes. A ratchet wrench and a good 1/4 drive ratchet makes a big difference. I get 8 from the bottom and 7 from the top. 1-3-5-7 is actually pretty easy once the non emissions headers are in. 2-4-6-8 are a pain so long as the A/C is still on the car.

I hate 2 piece plugs. It's a stupid idea in this day and time.

I've never changed plugs on one of these without breaking at least half of the damn things...

Such a pain in the dick. It's quicker just to go snap them all off with a breaker bar and then drill/tap them...
