This is my recent car I got which is the 1988 Pontiac Trans Am GTA with the 350 TPI engine, 700R4 tranny, and WS6 suspension package. I will be posting pictures of the car as I continue to fix it up and possibly re build it my way. Any advice is highly welcomed.

This is just a few pictures of today of me painting the driver side fender, popping out the huge dent on the driver side quarter panel, and driver side door, and starting to fix the rest and sand down so i can sand down the whole driver side and re spray the whole side

Bless your soul for not getting a t-top verison, have it in my Camaro and it is a giant pain when it rains hard.

One thing to really watch out for is the front rad support on these cars, things tend to leak slowly and rust it really badly and then some idiot uses it as a point to jack up on and its all over.

You're welcome, oh and another thing would be steering slop. A common swap out is to get a steering box from an IROC Camaro; as it has better ratios and tends to be tougher in general, but make sure it doesn't have too many miles on it.

Here is the most recent update not much more done but finished the driver side door getting the damage out and leveling it out, took the plastic trim off the door and found some rust so i sand blasted that off, did a little grinding and sanding filled and leveled that off, fixed the wrinkled hood, sanded the whole driver side down and now just waiting to put it in primer.
