It depends on where you are. If you are in an area of Ontario that requires an etest your CEL can't be on, and I think all of your sensors except for I believe 2 must read ready. You'd obviously throw a code with a decat lol.

fuck emisions, life sucks then you die, get used to it

Cat delete kit, and you're not going to see any gain really unless your doing the delete on a high performance motor with stock exhaust.

CEL will most likely remain on if there's an o2 sensor plugged into your cat.

Gains depend on motor.

You will throw codes a good tuner will tune them out. You're not going to pick up a ton of power not worth it unless you're doing the whole exhaust
