got a few estimates. one wants to replace door one wants to repair door with the reasoning of having the OG doors intact since its still fitting and closing well and when you replace stuff sometimes it gets tighter.

thoughts?

Mail them the highest quote you can find, find the cheapest way to repair the door, pocket the difference.

what if they wanna see the final bill.

VIn on the door won't match the rest of the vehicle but oh well

yeah how to get for diminished value gap?

Just dont mention it. Nobody checks the vins in the doors to see if they match.
