Bought a 97 civic ex coupe this morning for $600. Doesnt start (ignition coil imo) and needs a door and fender which my junkyard buddy has both for 120 matching. Has 105k, rust free.

Either going to fix and sell or fix and let my girl drive it as a dd since her malibus starting to slowly fall apart. Going to pick it up after lunch and will post pics.

Anyways, turned out to be the coil like I thought. Got one new for $60. Picked up the door and fender, putting them on after work today. All it needs now is a single tire for inspection purposes then she's ready for either the gf or a new home.

Door and fender are on and the girl registered and insured it yesterday. I told her either drive around with a for sale sign on it or get rid of her malibu. I haven't received an answer yet. Still needs 1 tire for inspection.
