Just got a new truck after driving it home we noticed it had leaked water which is normal I know. I restarted to truck with the air conditioner blasting and a gush a water came out.

There is not a consistent leak after the truck is off

Is this still normal or should I be concerned?

I think you are talking about condensation from the A/C compressor?

On a hot day with the A/C blasting you will see quite a bit of water come out.. nothing to worry about.

Even if it gushed out water on restarting the truck after running?

Not sure what your definition of gushing would be.. Would it be too much to ask for you to upload a quick video so we have an idea whats going on?

Until you start to notice you're overheating, i wouldn't sweat it.
Keep an eye on that thermostat though
