Towing a small ~ 10 ft in total compressor trailer for work tomorrow.

Never towed anything before so I am looking for some advice.

I am probably overthinking the matter, but I do not want to fuck this up.

If you all could list the does/dont's of towing a small trailer for a noob it would be appreciated.

Any tips, suggestions etc welcomed.

You are over thinking it, worst case you take the trailer off and move it by hand

Just remember. It's back there and your braking distance will be shorter.

And you need to take turns a bit wider

wider turns and don't hit any ramps at 200mph cause i don't think the hitch will hold.

Backing a short trailer is the hardest part.

Take everything slower

Adjust your mirrors to keep an eye on the trailer tires. If it's wide keep an eye on your lane placement. An 8ft wide trailer with outboard hubs will put the tires 6-18" from both lines.
