that 320 was including tax, road hazzard coverage (like $15 a tire) and shipped to my door in 2 day. Before all that nonesense it was like $280 for both tires.

in the size of tire my car needs stock, most of the tires for it are considered "sport truck" tires.

which, i could care less cuz sport truck tires are almost always W rated (168mph) or higher.. and they have a higher load rating and tougher sidewalls then passenger car tires. They are more durable in general. Considering the area i live in in wisconsin, the farmlands and the kettles, theres nothing but rough roads and snaking hairpin corner roads. Need tough tires especially for the bumpy gravel and rocky roads that are abundant around here

Damn I swear I should scroll down before I go any further. I just looked the tire up on tire rack because the tread looked more like an all terrain than a performance car tire. Little did I know you had already done that for me. I Lol'd really hard when I saw the tread pattern and the sport truck designation. Stupid Berg...

He can make all of the excuses he wants but he still has a 420 treadwear rating pickup truck tire on his performance car. For another $16/tire he could have bought actual performance car tires from the same line.

The one I linked above has the same load rating and a Y speed rating. It's also 3lbs lighter per tire. My guess is the ones your bought aren't going to hook up for shit. If they hook as good as the OEM tire you will be doing good and we all know how well those work. They should last FOREVER though.

the ones i have on the car right now dont hook up and i got bfg gforce sports comp 2's

im also gonna try a set of vredstein ultrac sensata uhp's for summer/ ive heard good things about those.

im just juggling tires around to see whats what because im trying to avoid drag radial because id go through 2 sets every summer. I had p zero's on my last challenger but for what i got i couldnt justify the price. looking for something sticky but not 450+ a tire.

the stock tires are goodyear f1 eagle supercar tires. the bfg's work a lot better but still kinda suck and im a fan of bfg.

i was looking at the v12's but i needed a tire that did good in winter also. which is why i went with the ventus r06's because of the good reviews on the lx/challenger forums about them in winter.

edit: im not putting the hankooks on till like october when the snow flies. Im gonna burn down the bfg;s as much as i can before then.. which isnt hard cuz without much effort they spin and squeal in the first 3 gears. They chatter all the way through second at anything more then 1/2 throttle ffs.
