Ward died, so yeah, he did indeed kill him.

He hit the gas, curious to hear what his reasoning was for it.

hey you know what, if youre that stupid enough to endanger yourself by walking into on coming cars like he did because he was pissed stewart drove him off the road, and you get struck as a result of your stupidity, i find it hard to feel sorry for the guy. nothing to see here except natural selection.

update: sheriffs office just declared no criminal charges will be pressed.

I agree with Sopranos... how can you be so dumb as to walk in front of speeding cars that are in the middle of a race...

wow, ward fucking flew

The cars were driving at reduced speed, and he literally guns it right over him. It's not like Ward jumps in front of his car, he's standing on the track in the same position for a while when Stewart decides to hit the gas. He could have easily hit the brakes or avoided him, but he raged and ran him over.

This isn't the first instance of Stewart losing his cool, he has a history of road rage.

Poor and stupid

It's an outdoor dirt track with sprint karts. The kid should of NOT of gotten out of his kart and walked to the freaking middle of the track.

People are out here acting like Tony was racing tuners on an indoor pavement track..


That's just my personally opinion. Either way it's truely sad and tragic. I don't feel anyone was at fault here... Just a tragedy.

I don't know much of dirt racing but don't you turn the cars with throttle? So maybe he tried to turn away from him and roost but just accidently hit him
