Finally had time to take a better look and it seems like its leaking from the TV cable. Now I'm just wondering if this is the seal since I can't see a side view from it.

I see it called a TV cable,detent cable and kick down cable. So I'm not sure what to call it when looking for it. Any help is appreciated. And it is a 4l60 tranny.
