I can't wait for the C6 prices to start plummeting so I can buy my next toy....
Corvette prices never plummet. It is a gradual fall until they bottom out. I wouldn't expect LS3 C6 Z51's in good shape/good mileage to ever drop below $18k. That will be a few years from now still. The ones in the mid 20's are higher mileage or have something wrong with them however minor it might be.

I'm hoping the c7 z06 will start dropping the price of the zr1 even more.
I just checked my area and about the cheapest c7 I see is a green automatic asking 58k + TTL which would still be mid to low 60's for me.
The ZR1 probably won't drop a ton because of the C7 Z purely because of production numbers. There is a lot of theorycrafting going on on corvetteforum about that just like there was with the C6 Z/C7 relationship. The C7 barely put a ding in C6Z prices.

3 years they will be in the low 30s range range
C6 cars will drop faster as more C7s are hitting the road also c5s are already 10-15k now
You can pick up a C6 LS3 car for mid 20s now
Best time to buy a used car is when it is 5~ years old or so
Payments are up for people that bought them on payment and they want to sell to buy something new to make payments on again
I think low 30's is a bit too low unless you are talking about a base car with high mileage. You might stumble upon 1 or 2 but as you know there aren't many base model high mileage vettes running around. In 3 years I would expect a C7 manual car to be right in line with current C6 Z06 pricing. Mid/upper 30's to right at 40k. That's still a $30k drop in 3 years. Time will tell though.
I will have my C6 Z eventually. I promised myself that. I already have the exhaust and cam picked out. I just have to decide who I want to port the heads and what wheels to put on it. Oh and I have to buy one of course.
