Google those cars and put "bolt pattern" after the names. Make sure the bolt pattern is the same and the centerbore for the new rim is the same or bigger bore to know if they'll bolt up.
As long as its not a crazy offset like -56 or +34 you should be fine, granted the tire width isn't too much wider.
Google tire size calculator and check the overall diameter old and new tires. Speedometer will be off, use iphone speedo app to know how much. Smaller tires give a little better pick up/acceleration but the top speed of the car will suffer, but your rev limiter won't let you go that fast anyway. Wider is better in the summer, get some dedicated snow tires and you'll be set.
Size of the rim will make no difference unless you want to autocross and cut down as much unsprung weight as you can. Too much rim makes the ride a little rough tho.
