Easy way to test if it's your battery connect your black boost cable to red terminal and red boost cable to black terminal, make sure you do the same to the car that's helping you and that it's running while you do this.


No troll... Probably your alternator if the car dies when your just chilling. Buy a volt meter and test that shit.

how old is your battery? it should have numbers on the top and a couple of them will have a mark of some sort telling you the year of the battery. most batteries are gonna last 4-6 years. some may be less or more but thats usually about how long they last. if you can get it off the car then take it to an auto parts store and they can load test it and tell you if its bad or not.
