I own a 2005 Chevy 2500HD 4x4 with the 6.0 L Gas engine, 4L80 trans. Currently only mods are a 2.5 inch leveling kit and Trail digger 33 inch tires, flow master super 44 muffler and a cold air intake. 84k miles. Currently I get anywhere from 8-12 mpg, I haul a sprint car to events. Truck is in perfect mechanical condition, trying to squeeze some mpg's. Right now, I am looking into some voodoo options for a gasser. One is a custom tune for $150. A performance shop claims to give a 40-50% mpg upgrade with a 25-30hp gain. This seems.... Unlikely in my honest opinion. Second option is a bully dog programmer (yes they make a gas programmer not just diesel). $400. I can't find any definitive reviews of this product, but the company is reputable. Do any of you have experiences?

15 is still a huge gain from 8 lol. This truck has 4.10 gears btw.

600, winged. Unfortunately haven't ran it this year.
