30 hp from bolt ons and ecu flash? I'm a little skeptical.

Why?

After looking at this for a week now, it's waaaay too expensive for what it is.

It's a complete waste of money. For the price of this, you could get full exhaust, open flash tablet, tires, drop in filter, and still have money to spare.

yea my oft should get to my house today, headers will be in a couple of weeks

yeah it might be too expensive but if you don't buy it you can't unlock stage 2 upgrades.
