Hello folks

I have a wrx 2010 and I'm looking for a new shift knob.

For those who have bought one, can you post the brand / price / impressions?

Or if anyone has pertinent information about a good website to check...

I know www.lathewerks.com makes custom ones, still deciding on my budget...

Thanks

I bought a grip tape heavy weight flossy knob for my 2013 wrx. A lot of people say their customer service and response time are shit but I had a very good experience with them. They also offer custom engraving.

a friend on a subaru forum has this one for sale 40 including shipping...

(replace *** by e-bay

Sounds a good deal...if it gets too cold during the winter I can simply put my OEM knob back on, or cover it up with something..

I made a couple dozen shift knobs out of camshafts awhile back. They sold faster than I could make em lol. Weighed between 9 and 12 oz each, most were right at 10 oz. the bearings weighed a little more than the lobes.

Also did a one off piston shift knob for a friends 08 chevy truck. Used the whole rod and everything it turned out pretty spiffy. Ford festiva or aspire pistons are almost a perfect fit for an average size (or larger) hand.
