Mine has a 3" thick stainless plate with passages like a valve body. Same concept though. I wish YETI coolers were prevalent when i did it. Mine is in a coleman...the lid doesn't fit well.

the yetti coolers are awesome, we have one in the race car trailer, and i also bought a ORCA cooler, because if you buy the pink one they donate $ to breast cancer. so thats what we did when we bought another big one

and honestly, i think the ORCA one works better

Think mine is in a coleman as well.. it has some miles on it but works like a glove. I bought it for $100 off my neighbor who was a beer tech for 30+ years... guy was like DONT EVER TOUCH THE REGULATOR... I just clean it and keep the co2 tank full and ive never had an issue. Always ice cold and perfect head. It also came with a nice keg blanket that makes a big difference in keeping the keg itself from spoiling.
