Deciding on a project car to get and kind of stuck in between 3 cars (always open for other ideas)

1995 Eclipse GSX AWD - One of the problem's I have is searching on craigslist and I see them being sold for 4-5k Stock with 150K + mile's on them with rust or serious issues so only reason I haven't tried to make a deal with someone yet.

4G Honda Prelude - Can't decide what year/type I am really focusing on here and don't know too much about them so could use some opinions

3G RX-7 - Been a car that I have always had an interest in and don't see much of them around where I live and I don't know if that's for a bad reason or just not popular where I live

I would love some pro's/con's from some people who know more about these car's than I do. Prefer to be treated if I was buying these all stock and putting the money into them however as I said I am up for any idea's on a type of car! (Price isn't a big factor)

Appreciate the help!

it's more of the high mileage + stock + having rust + some of them have big issues with them is the main factor of the price issue with those. Unless I am looking at it all wrong and that's not a bad price at all for the dsm.
