this morning i went to work and everything was fine, i left and went to my next place of being, and as i decide to leave, my left low beam quits working. and the check low beam on my check engine panel is on. NO idea what this is, i have checked the fuses and absolutely none of them are blown. any suggestions? right side still working.

No matter how much you spend on an HID kit, its all based on luck. I've seen $250 kits fail just as often as $40 ezbay kits.

Check the ballast, easiest way is just by unplugging/switching them and if the opposite headlight isnt on, its clearly the ballast. If not, it could be the bulb itself. Did the light discolor at all before it started to act up?

or he can test his ballast... usually the wiring becomes fried so just do a continuity test on it.. Google how.
