I decided I have been on the dirt roads for too long so hitting the streets with this bad boy.

It is my first bike so im pretty damn stoked about it.

Anyone own one of these? if so you how is it?

Any discussion for a first timer is appreciated.

well the price is the first factor and i thought a 800 would be ideal for a first timer.

but damn do the fz9's look good!

yea i heard those speed tripples are way fun. Lots of low end torque, it'll be power wheeling outa corners no problem

wr250r. I wouldn't mind getting a street bike, but trails and going off road is too much fun. If i was to get a street bike, it would probably be some naked bike like the fz9

Prefer dirt much better, I had a street bike for 2 years and it is fun at times but dealing with traffic sucks..I live In a tourist area in summer so it really sucked for me, a lot of people don't pay attention and cut you off, wasn't worth it to me so I went to dirtbikes , instead of killing myself I crippled myself 4 years into riding dirt

ya im getting rid of my raptor 350 to get this. time to try some pavement out.

ya, fz9 is SEXY! fz8 still going to be sick though.



dirt is always fun. one day ill have another dirt machine. i thought about getting a dual sport but was like meh, not enough power for when i hit the pavement
