The two bolts holding the bottom seat in are stripped on frame. Best way to try and get them out with limited tools?
First was thinking grinding or drilling out the middle. But don't think I could grind these ones. Any other options?

I think on the grand ams they're recessed a bit at an angle. Not sure if i can get any type of cutting wheel in there.

It's a buddys car. He had his friend help put a sub in, which I ended up having to go finish the job. Was gonna reroute the way he wired it and go under the rear seat and that's when I noticed they were both stripped somehow.
And now both his rear speakers are blown and he wants to replace them. And unless i'm retarded... i'm pretty sure you have to take the back seat off to get access to the speaker decklid.

(how the fuck does that end up happening anyway.. they both just spin. Only other way I was thinking was if I could somehow get a small screwdriver under the edge to pry as i'm turning it.

U can't get to it from like under the trunk? Or in the back?
