my budy did the fmic conversion on his z32 ( originally comes with 2 small side mounted inter coolers) but when disassembling the oem stuff he didnt chec witch of these hoses go where and now he doesnt know witch one goes to the bov/ssqv or w/e. the car wont start anymore, havent seen the car myself and im going with the info he gave me.
here is a picture of the kit he has (cx racing fmic kit)

here are his hoses, just by looking at his pics i can see 1 hose seems to go to hard pipe that connects both heads

anyways maybe some of you are familiar with these kind of cars, winkwink andy

Uhh... I'll attempt to tell you, please note I'm relatively unsure of which ones you're holding and where they lead so these are going to be educated guesses.

ASSUMING EVERYTHING WAS STOCK PRIOR TO THIS MOD

Left side hose (closer to throttle body) goes to carbon canister
Right side hose goes to BOV/Recirc

Left side hose goes to BOV/Recirc
Right side hose goes to fitting on pipe right after throttle body (??? I can't see where the other end of this hose goes to)

If you can get pictures of where exactly they go, I can be of much better help.

/E

If the left side hoses go to the wastegate actuator on the turbo, there should be fittings on the pipe that connects to the throttle body, that's where they go.

yeah, we actually need to see the OTHER side of the hoses to know what they go to.

Can he trace them and take pictures of the origins?

just called the guy, he said he has one from each side that leads to the intake plenum ( witch we can see in one of the pics) so those should go to his bov's on each side.
and i told him my guess is the other ones on each side source's from the waste gates, and he told me he has 2 free vacuum bungs on the intake piping right before the throttle body(1 on each side) witch would make perfect sense.
tomorrow he is going to take a close look at the source of the 2 hoses he cant see clearly

With that information, I'm 99% sure it will run if you hook it up like as follows

First picture:

Left side goes to intake bung
Right hose goes to BOV

Second picture:

Left side goes to BOV
Right hose goes to intake bung

Let me know what happens.
