i fucked up big time, was on my way to easter diner when the engine on the van started studering, had to limp off the highway.
my oil pressure was 0 i was like wtf! chec the dipstick, nothing. Add lots of oil and it went number 1 after.

i guess all my bearings are fucked and my engine is a ticking time bomb now... bye bye sbc
drives great right now, any good/cheap crate engines options? i dont feel like droping 5k into a 2000$ van lol when i plan on buying a vette this summer.

Yank it and rebuild it yourself. Have the crank turned, drop new bearings in, new oil pump, new lifters, voila.

I'm no sbc guy but i think the only difference in bolting up is the intake manifold.
