fia has approved gene haas for a car owners license in f1. team will be based in north carolina next to his nascar shop. i may have a reason to root for an f1 team for a change now.

nobody ever said he was going to be an f1 driver so it really doesnt matter. just pointing out that tony used to race open wheel cars. also tony wont be an owner on the f1 side thats purely gene. im just curious as to which way gene is going to go on a driver. whether he tries to get the best driver possible regardless of nationality or if he tries to get an american driver only.
