i notice a whine that superchargers make while hitting high rpm, then when it shifts i hear a turbo sound like my engine is shooting out air. this is all coming from under my engine

i dont think it comes with turbo or a supercharger

its actually very likely it has both

Just a random chance guess - I'll go with bearing are going out on your water pump or alternator.

also i hear a whirring noise when slowing down from high speeds to zero
