Front wheel drive

Originally it had a strong vibration that felt like the whole front end is shaking from 35-40 mph and only apon acceleration, I decided to take it to a friend's house to put it on blocks. On the way to his house the vibration got worse and worse until I was driving 20 mph. Tore it down and found the left cv axle was bad was missing almost all the bearings, i put a new one in thinking it would have fixed it, it helped a lot but still has a shuddering vibration from 15 mph and up with it getting worse and worse as I accelerate.

Ice in rim seriously sucks lol. That one got my girlfriend good, thought my car was falling apart. Rim was literally jammed to the max with ice
Wheel bearings??? Would be my guess tho, if it picks up vibrating at a certain higher speed, or tires.
