So I traded my LGT on a 2014 WRX Wagon... But I'm having second thoughts and may consider a 2015.

Yes, it's ugly... But that's been said about literally every single WRX since the bugeye.

Here's my thought process:


Pros:

6MT
Stiffer / Sportier suspension - less body roll
More HP*
Oil filter's on the top of the engin*** (I'm a nerd and like that aspect :lol:)
More Standard features.

Cons:

It's not a wagon
It's ugly
2.0L motor
0-60 is slower than 2014

*It has more HP, but with the 2014 it hits 60mph in 2nd gear at 4.7s
The 2015 has to be shifted to 3rd to hit 60mph, slowing it down to 5.5s

What do you guys think?

I don't recall many people calling the blob-eyed 04-05 WRX/STi's ugly....I certainly don't think so. Get what's better. People really like the new WRX in terms of handling. I think they kept the UEL headers too. Look of it has grown on me.

They're equal length headers. More performance (so they say), no rumble.

I really do believe that the 2011-2014 WRXs look the best.

That said, I also believe that you should enjoy how your car looks more than the performance. I wouldn't touch a high performing car if i didn't enjoy the way it looked.

the 2015 looks "okay" but hints the views of an 8th generation 4 door civic....it also looks like a 2014 corolla with a hood scoop.
