So I just bought a used car 2009 Honda civic ex 14k mile I notice on the right rear tire side wall had a good slice in the tire they told me they would replace the tire I go and grab the car and they flip the tire sothe side wall that's bad on the inside and out of view

Can I report them ?
I drive mostly hwy 40 mile each way and would hate to have a blow out while drive this car

did you point it out and tell them you arent a fucking retard? i would be pretty irate at them over their "fix". it would be better if they just said they werent going to fix it at least you wouldnt be expecting a good tire then.

Sadly that's how people are these days. If they weren't going to replace it they should have just told you.
