I have a 2003 Hyundai tiburon and whenever I take a hard left with the AC on it makes this hissing noise and starts to pour out freezing cold water on my passengers feet, I'm currently looking at it right now but I have next to no knowledge on cars so any help would be appreciated,

Careful, that's not just water.

And

the main component of ac that is IN the car is the evaporator, which is basically a heat exchanger, mounted under the dash.

There are most likely some sort of line, maybe copper, that could be the suspect of the leak.

AC systems are really cool how they work. But kind of a pain in the ass to work on.

I'll look more into it later, the cars super tiny and I'm not a tiny person so my back hurts looking under the dash. I'm just trying to avoid paying someone since it can be fixed and nothing major.

Doubtful. A/c is high pressure it wouldnt just leak in a turn.

Far more likely that the evaporator drain tube is clogged up causing the condensation to fill the pan and overflow in a turn. Look under your hood on the firewall for a small rubber tube on the passenger side. Once you locate it get a coat hanger and jam it up in there.
