Question to you car gurus: Today I went to work my SUV ran like a peach, it did sit in the cold all day and then when I started it up it was revving really weird at an idle, and stalled out about 15-20 times in a 100 km stretch - even while going highway speeds (Every time I slowed down to turn though it stalled, 100%). Fluids all appear to be good, gas is at over half a tank... Ideas?

And by revving really weird I mean sitting in park without touching the gas the RPMs would shoot up to 1500 then drop to like 200 (Like basically stall) then shoot back up and down and up and down... as soon as I put it in gear if I dont hammer down the gas it will stall right away.

02 sensor? Bad battery/alternator?

I dunno could be a few things.

Fuel press reg or vacuum leak or both

Fuel injector cleaner and gas line antifreeze seem to have done the trick, its running back to normal now - but my engine light stayed on :S
